I’m an IT professional pursuing opportunities in IT Administration, repair, or installation. I use my mind and skills to resolve technical issues with computer/laptops through maintenance service, repair, and upgrades. I’m strong in troubleshooting and comfortable performing installations for LAN and WAN networks.

In field and customer-facing work, I’ve coordinated service with customers, replaced server components, and performed site surveys. I’ve also run network cabling and supported reliable infrastructure for day-to-day operations. I take pride in installing and configuring systems to support infrastructure and applications.

My background includes maintaining Active Directory and handling security-adjacent responsibilities. I’ve facilitated helpdesk contact and oversaw training requirements while ensuring systems stayed operational and properly supported. I’m familiar with patching and upgrades across devices and equipment, and I value documenting work and maintaining standards.

I’m eager to learn whatever is required for a task, and I bring hands-on experience managing desktop/client and server operating systems. I work confidently with Windows 10 (and Windows 7), Microsoft Exchange, and tools like command line, Ping, and Tracert—so I can quickly diagnose issues and get systems back to reliable performance.
