What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service representative role where I can use strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills to deliver excellent support and contribute positively to the organization’s success.

I've supported marketing work at Insurance Corporation of Barbados Ltd., assisting staff and the public with a marketing project, sales strategies, campaign procedures, and basic data analysis.

At the Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Science and Technology, I converted physical records into accessible digital files. I scanned, organized, named, entered, and verified information while maintaining accuracy and quality.

I've completed Information Technology and Marketing coursework at Barbados Community College, including Java programming, systems analysis and design, computer communication, marketing research, and marketing communications.

I'm seeking a remote customer service role where I can use my communication, customer relations, typing, and computer skills to provide excellent support.
