I seek a customer-focused role with opportunities to lead a team, coach colleagues, and improve customer satisfaction while contributing reliably to operations.

I am a customer service-focused professional with experience across retail, customer support, sales media, and general labour roles. I have worked as a customer service representative, correspondence analyst, merchandiser, sales media associate, and general cleaner/worker, developing strong telephone etiquette, writing and analytical skills.

Throughout my career I have supported teams in retail and service environments, handled customer correspondence, and contributed to operational tasks in fast-paced settings. My roles have emphasized reliable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service.

I am motivated to grow into a team lead role where I can apply my frontline experience and communication strengths to coach others, improve customer satisfaction, and help drive consistent operational results.
