I'm looking to lead operations, projects, and policy-focused initiatives where I can build reliable systems, support executive decision-making, manage complex stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes at scale.

At WeisburdCapital, I engineer operational trackers and project management frameworks, oversee CRM administration, and support C-level leadership with financial filing, calendars, meeting records, and travel logistics.

At the Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking, I orchestrated a multi-million peso national project from policy analysis and drafting through lobbying and delivery. My work contributed to a pioneering city ordinance—the first of its kind in the country—and I directed more than 20 national seminars and trainings.

I've also supported policy and research work with GovernmentWatch and the International Labor Organization, translating regulatory, legislative, and program data into accessible resources, advocacy plans, and executive-ready documentation.
