What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue supporting executive leadership and operations—owning calendars, travel, recruiting coordination, and weekly reporting while improving internal processes through clear SOPs.

I supported six executives across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Content, and CEO, keeping calendars, inboxes, meetings, and travel running smoothly in remote, fast-paced settings.

I prepare and deliver weekly executive reports and operational updates, and I’ve coordinated recruitment for roughly four open roles per year.

I also build and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and reduce administrative effort—while managing invoices, presentations, research, confidential documentation, and lead generation.

On top of travel planning (flights, hotels, transportation, venues, and local vendors), I’ve organized personal schedules and wellness initiatives to help improve time management and work-life balance.
