My customer-facing experience also includes Big City Wings, Conn's Home Plus, Ryans Pizza and Pub, Southwest Georgia Oil, and Standard Parking Plus. I've handled orders, POS transactions, cash management, customer questions, product recommendations, and service issues while keeping operations organized.

At Conn's Home Plus, I helped the assistant store manager with employee schedules and daily store tasks, supported sales, and connected customers with products suited to their needs.

I've also worked in childcare settings, creating routines and activities for young children, supporting hygiene and meals, and communicating with parents about children's daily progress. My education includes Medical Billing & Coding and Pharmacy Technician training.
