I'm looking for a role where I can resolve customer issues, build positive client relationships, use efficient processes, and continue developing my customer service and technical skills.

I'm currently supporting Fairmoney Business customers by addressing enquiries, resolving complaints, and using CRM tools to deliver strong service experiences. Previously, at Calls Expert, I engaged potential customers, developed sales leads, educated users on product features, and managed customer concerns remotely.

My Mechanical Engineering background includes work at the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing and Afam Power PLC, where I contributed to maintenance, inspections, project planning, costing, risk mitigation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning work.
