I want to lead client accounts end-to-end and own campaign delivery—building paid media, aligning teams to clear briefs, and using performance insights to drive growth, with organized project management and a collaborative, client-first culture.

I’m a Senior Account Manager acting as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, focused on “seamless communication, client satisfaction, and successful campaign delivery.” I lead strategic planning and consultation, translating client objectives into clear briefs across digital, creative, and media teams.

My expertise is in paid media support—building campaigns, setting up ad sets and ads, targeting, and managing budgets—then tracking results with “actionable insights.” I also identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling additional services, so clients don’t just launch campaigns; they expand them.

On every project, I manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and I oversee quality assurance to ensure outputs meet brand standards. I’ve supported paid media campaigns plus website development, social media content, and digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients and industries.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my customer-first mindset through roles like Customer Success Coordinator and Account Management, including onboarding Australian brands and coordinating paid media campaigns across Meta and Google. Before that, I built operational resilience as an Exports & Logistics Manager / Admin and developed client-facing delivery experience in recruitment, which keeps me calm, structured, and effective in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
