I’m looking to own IT operations end-to-end—protecting uptime, delivering reliable 24/7 service, and leading hands-on Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune identity and endpoint security without breaking business continuity.

I’m an IT Professional with 19+ years experience in operations, infrastructure and my focus is uptime, systems stability, and end-user service delivery. I run disciplined 24/7 SLA support and lead incident response, ensuring dependable first-point-of-contact service for corporate and project teams.

I’ve deployed and migrated identity and productivity systems end-to-end—Deployed Google Workspace, led M365 migration for Somalia Stability Fund (2014), and supported cloud HRMIS work under PREMIS (2018-2019). In parallel, I’ve modernized and stabilized hospitality operations (Opera Cloud PMS, Symphony, Micros POS, Opera v5), and in 2026 I’m refreshing hands-on Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Intune through labs to keep security and availability aligned.
