I’m looking for a customer-care role where I can handle high-volume inbound calls, resolve complex issues, and support accurate authorization/claims workflows with a calm, ethical, high-satisfaction approach.

I’m a customer care and customer service professional known for being “reliable, highly ethical, and customer-focused.” I deliver best-in-class support by handling high volumes of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

At Elevance Health, I address telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers, and internal departments. I enter referral requests into the UM system while ensuring adherence to plan certificate guidelines, and I support clinical screening, authorization for initial sessions, and benefits checks for facility-based treatment.

Previously at Alorica through Alliance RX Walgreens Prime, I handled over 50 inbound calls daily to help patients obtain insurance coverage for medication with strong accuracy and attention to detail. I also excel at issue identification and resolution, staying calm under pressure, and working collaboratively as a team player.
