What I'm looking for

I’m looking for hands-on IT support where I can troubleshoot Windows and mobile devices, perform hardware repair and reimaging, and resolve ticketed issues. I want a team that values clear communication, problem solving, and steady growth.

I work as an IT Repair Technician handling Windows laptops, tablets, and Chromebooks, including repairs and replacements like motherboards, LCD screens, batteries, WiFi chips, fans, speakers, and keyboards. I log repairs into IMPACT system for testing, shim Chromebooks into ChromeOS factory to reprovision them, and update the BIOS when working on a Windows device while booting into Linux for testing.

Previously, I handled staff tickets using Boss Help Desk as an IT Support Intern, installing and removing equipment such as laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers, scanners, hard drives, and audio/visual equipment. I also performed reimaging PCs, built desktops, replaced batteries and drives, helped students authenticate and re-authenticate devices for school accounts, and gained hands-on experience with racking servers and lab room port work.
