I've supported students and faculty at CGCC by resolving software, hardware, password reset, DUO, exam-site, and data-entry needs. As a Testing Tech, I monitor academic testing, troubleshoot HESI, Moer, and Canvas exam issues, and send completed exams and HESI scores to professors.
I've also provided help desk support using Active Directory to manage user accounts, devices, and permissions, while troubleshooting faculty hardware and software issues. For seven years, I've built and maintained desktop PCs, completed hardware repairs and minor software maintenance, and helped users recover data and keep their systems running.
