What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on IT support role where I can own desktop and help desk troubleshooting, keep tickets updated, and collaborate with administrators to deliver dependable daily operations.

I’m an IT Support Technician who supports teams through daily operations, including backup checks, equipment setup, and equipment deliveries. I help administrators keep systems running smoothly while maintaining clear updates through support tickets.

Across my roles, I’ve handled incoming calls and tickets, escalated issues to the right owners, and provided physical desktop support—PCs, printers, and phones. I’m comfortable contributing to larger projects and reporting progress back to team leads.

My technical foundation includes PC imaging, secure data handling and removal, software installation, and virus and malware removal. I focus on advanced troubleshooting and escalation to 3rd-tier technicians when needed.

I’ve also worked directly in desktop services and IT support under supervision, building experience with ticket opening/closing, worldwide equipment coordination, and hardware/software deployment using approved tools. I bring a service-first mindset with strong documentation and communication.
