I've supported customers at Staples with technology questions, diagnostics, data backups, and computer hardware repair and replacement.

In my Technology Associate role, I helped customers choose and use laptops, printers, wireless networking equipment, protection plans, and repair services. I also assisted with online orders, pickups, product stocking, store metrics, signage, and furniture assembly.

At BD, I operate manufacturing machinery including injection molders and ultrasonic welders while maintaining sterile cleanliness, component quality, and FDA-regulated documentation.

I'm continuing to learn through experience and challenge, with computer science coursework and hands-on experience in computer assembly, troubleshooting, networking, Microsoft Office, C++, Java, and Adobe design tools.
