I also process refunds, compensation, and discounts in line with company policies, and I escalate complex cases while coordinating with internal departments to close them efficiently.

Previously, I worked as a Remote Data Entry & Chat Support Specialist, where I entered, updated, and verified large volumes of data with high accuracy. I maintained spreadsheets, reports, and online documents in Google Sheets and Excel, and coordinated with international teams using Zoom while following data protection and confidentiality standards.
