I am a people-focused professional with experience in healthcare, peer support, sales, and customer service. In my current role as a Referral Specialist with BJC Medical Group, I help patients find primary care providers that meet their needs and coordinate their appointments while providing a positive, compassionate, and efficient experience. My previous experience as a Peer Recovery Specialist strengthened my ability to listen, communicate with empathy, build trust, and support people through challenging situations. My background in sales has also helped me develop strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. I am a fast learner who thrives in roles that involve working with people, learning new systems, and adapting to new challenges.
