What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine account management, customer service, and logistics. I want a team that values responsibility and clear communication, and I’m excited to solve customer needs end-to-end while growing in new challenges.

I’m highly motivated, friendly, and approachable, with a strong work ethic and a proven sense of responsibility. I bring excellent English and customer service skills, and I’m open-minded and eager to embrace new challenges. I’m at my best when I can support people, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly.

Currently, I work as a Self-employed Grocery Cashier in Helsinki, maintaining store readiness and product availability. I stock shelves and replenish products, check expiration dates, and keep cleanliness and order. I also update price tags and labels, monitor out-of-stock items, and assist customers in finding the right products.

Before and alongside this, I’ve strengthened my customer support expertise through roles like a Freelance Call Center Agent (Lidl store) and a Warranty case customer support agent. I process requests by phone and e-mail, deal with customers, and resolve their problems. I also worked at Valmet Automotive Logistic in Manufacturing/Production, handling placing orders and coordinating delivery.

My sales and account management background includes Sales Manager roles and Finance-focused work. As a Rent a car Sales Manager, I handled excursions sales, airport-to-hotel transfers, office organization, meetings with potential customers, and even searching and interviewing new employees. Earlier, as an Account Manager at Monify Loans, I supported B2B customers, performed credit risk analysis, signed contracts, compiled bills, and translated texts—building a careful, trust-based way of working.
