I'm looking to lead change, platform adoption, training, and cross-functional enablement initiatives where I can improve workflows, build scalable resources, and help teams confidently adopt new systems and processes.

At Gap Inc., I lead change management and cross-functional enablement for Creative Force and Figma, onboarding seven studio teams and 55+ users while reducing manual workflow steps by 50% and turnaround time from 14 to 7 days.

I've built scalable adoption programs for Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Airtable, SharePoint, and other marketing platforms. At ESRI, I standardized workflows across six marketing teams and created onboarding and enablement resources that supported adoption in under two weeks.

My background also includes leading professional development, coaching practitioners, and building evidence-based learning programs at Boston Public Schools. I use stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and practical process improvement to help people adopt change with confidence.
