At Orange Southwest School District, I led change management and technology adoption for district-wide implementations, including learning platforms, PowerSchool integrations, eduCLIMBER, FinalSite, ParentSquare, and multi-factor authentication.
I developed and delivered instructor-led and virtual training, demos, workshops, onboarding, and self-paced learning. These efforts reached 250+ staff a year with 90%+ adoption, supported by user guides, job aids, FAQs, videos, podcasts, and knowledge-base articles.
Before each rollout, I assessed readiness by piloting in one building, identifying barriers and training needs, and adjusting plans before district-wide launch. When the teachers' union threatened a grievance over multi-factor authentication, I listened to concerns, adjusted the approach, and completed the change.
I monitored adoption, user feedback, and help desk trends to improve training, processes, and tools, and built a train-the-trainer model with a coach in every building. I also used AI tools to develop training content, assessments, and onboarding materials, delivered foundational AI learning, and supervised a five-person team for 20+ years.
