What I'm looking for
I’m a Change Management Specialist and Learning & Development professional with 6+ years of experience driving technology adoption and workforce enablement for global, cross-functional teams. I design and deliver end-to-end change and learning strategies—from stakeholder engagement and communications planning to curriculum design, facilitation, and impact measurement.
At First American, I developed and executed change management strategies across multiple enterprise initiatives—supporting 1,000+ employees—and authored and managed 200+ stakeholder-reviewed communications end-to-end.
