I’m looking to lead end-to-end change and learning initiatives for complex technology transformations, partnering with cross-functional leaders to design training that drives adoption, measures impact, and supports workforce growth.

I’m a Change Management Specialist and Learning & Development professional with 6+ years of experience driving technology adoption and workforce enablement for global, cross-functional teams. I design and deliver end-to-end change and learning strategies—from stakeholder engagement and communications planning to curriculum design, facilitation, and impact measurement.

At First American, I developed and executed change management strategies across multiple enterprise initiatives—supporting 1,000+ employees—and authored and managed 200+ stakeholder-reviewed communications end-to-end. I also designed interactive training games and led onsite learning experiences that translate complex changes into engaging, learner-centered content.

Previously, at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, I redesigned the division’s L&D framework for 170+ acquisition personnel by implementing competency-based learning pathways tied to clear career advancement milestones. I helped lead technology and process transitions by standardizing tools and phasing out legacy systems, while delivering dynamic workshops for adoption.

At ATG for ESA HQ, I spearheaded an organization-wide IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Office 365 migration for 5,000+ personnel, partnering with a team of 8. I conducted learning needs analyses, built a SharePoint-based internal communications and training intranet hub for weekly usage, and delivered immersive multi-format training for multilingual, multicultural audiences.
