I’m a People Operations Supervisor who leads full employee lifecycle operations—recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding—with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes. I bring both operational ownership and analytical rigor to how teams attract, develop, and retain talent.

At Florida International University, I managed full-cycle recruitment, designing job descriptions and structured interviews while coordinating screening and hiring through onboarding. I also designed and facilitated a 5-day onboarding program with 10+ departments, improving new-hire retention by 23%, and I developed SOPs to increase efficiency and consistency. I maintain confidential employee records, track HR KPIs, and use ATS/HRIS systems to support recruitment workflows, reporting, and data management.

Beyond core HR operations, I’ve expanded into workforce assessment and learning strategy through assessment design, psychometric evaluations, and survey reporting as a Research Assessment Associate. I’ve also strengthened stakeholder communication and KPI-driven engagement through onboarding and adoption work for 80+ client accounts as an Associate Account Manager, aligning goals across teams to streamline execution.
