What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in clinical system implementation, training, customer support, reporting, and data-quality improvement to help healthcare teams adopt effective technology and improve workflows.

I've supported clinical system implementations and reporting for Capital Health System and UC Health, troubleshooting reporting issues, building custom reports, and helping teams use electronic health records meaningfully.

At UC Health, I trained more than 500 outpatient and inpatient users, supported two go-lives, and worked with ADT, Cadence, and Prelude. I also analyzed quality, safety, and patient-satisfaction data, identified trends, and supported corrective actions and process redesign.

Across Clinical Computing, Total Renal Care, Fresenius Medical Care, and Occupational Exam Services, I've built training plans and materials, tested software, supported end users, managed rollouts, and connected clinical workflows with practical technology solutions.
