What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver strong EHR/PM training and Go-Live support, improve workflows with auditing and data analysis, and partner with teams to reduce issues while driving compliant, accurate revenue operations.

I’m an educator and EHR/PM trainer with over 30 years of progressive responsibility in the health care environment. I provide new hire EMR training and eClinicalWorks Go-Live support, including remote and onsite needs assessments, workflow documentation, and training videos to help teams ramp up quickly and work correctly.

My background blends training with revenue cycle expertise: I’ve managed billing and auditing teams, handled ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS coding, and supported reimbursement work involving Medicare LCDs, NCDs, and DRGs. I’ve also led operational implementations and restructuring—managing clinic operations, payroll, hiring, and AthenaHealth PM/EMR rollouts—while resolving customer/employee issues through exceptional public speaking and data-driven auditing.
