What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead end-to-end healthcare SaaS implementations, improve data quality, mentor teams, and deliver measurable patient-care and process improvements.

I am an implementation consultant with over 10 years' experience leading end-to-end B2B SaaS projects in healthcare. I focus on improving processes, data reliability, and patient-care outcomes through pragmatic, measurable solutions.

At Experian Healthcare I led strategic quality initiatives for large organizations, monitored EHR data imports, implemented data reliability checks, and developed dashboards and ad hoc reports to surface trends and anomalies.

Previously, I served as primary trainer and implementation consultant at ResMed and MDLand, coordinating data migration, integration, and quality assurance while producing on-brand training materials and hosting client webinars.

I hold an A.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Computer Art & Design, plus multiple certifications in project management, Agile, healthcare data management, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and HL7-to-FHIR streaming. I bring continuous-learning ethos and collaborative leadership to every engagement.
