I’m a commercial growth, customer experience and operations leader with 17+ years of experience across the GCC, spanning fitness, wellness and SaaS. I specialise in scaling businesses, developing products and partnerships, improving customer engagement and building high-performing teams.
At GymNation, I helped scale the BLITZ studio network from 5 to 12 locations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. A programme relaunch increased unique class bookings by 157% year over year and grew Signature memberships by 83%.
Previously, as General Manager of GymNation Al Ain, I led commercial performance, growing active membership from 2,839 to 4,917 in seven months while generating monthly membership revenue exceeding AED 800K. I also led a sales team and worked cross-functionally with Marketing on campaigns, referrals and corporate partnerships.
My degree in Psychology from Durham University informs my interest in customer behaviour, engagement and wellbeing. I’m now looking to bring my commercial, operational and customer-facing experience into a forward-thinking business, particularly in health-tech, wellness technology, SaaS or innovative health and wellbeing companies.
