I’m a technical support professional with hands on experience troubleshooting hardware, networking, connectivity, and software issues in customer environments. At Safe Haven Security, I install, configure, diagnose, and service network-connected security and automation systems, including panels, sensors, cameras, mobile applications, and smart-home devices.
I also train technicians, support customers, and document service resolutions. Outside of work, I maintain a Lenovo ThinkCentre homelab where I work with Windows, Linux, TCP/IP networking, static addressing, DNS, file sharing, switching, wireless networking, and self hosted services.
I’m looking to bring that combination of field troubleshooting, customer support, and hands-on IT experience into an IT support, technical support, or systems focused role.
