I’m looking for a remote-friendly customer support and operations role where I can own onboarding and portal workflows in CRM, train partners and communities, and continuously improve processes to reduce cycle times and resolve issues fast.

I’m an administrative and operations professional with 22+ years of success in customer service, account coordination, project management, training, and process improvement. I’m skilled in working independently in remote settings, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

In my current Dealer Care Specialist role, I partner with 60+ certified dealers through virtual onboarding, contract and service agreement support, and CRM-based workflows, including Salesforce and portal-based account activation. Previously at Verizon Wireless, I streamlined operations for 7 Account Managers and 125 client partners, reducing IoT order cycle times by 20% and resolving escalations within 24 hours, and I trained teams and partners on self-service portals to improve independence and efficiency.
