I'm looking to lead hospitality or event operations where I can develop teams, improve systems, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build lasting client relationships.

I've led high-volume hospitality operations at Marriott International's Anchor & Brine, supporting an $11M+ luxury hotel restaurant while overseeing daily execution, VIP experiences, private dining, labor planning, inventory, and service standards.

At Salisbury Tavern, I managed restaurant and event operations, led a 15+ person team, and planned and executed 30+ private events annually from booking through completion. I focus on building client relationships, improving workflows, and creating guest experiences that generate repeat business and referrals.

My earlier work in physical therapy operations, education support, emergency medical response, and equine rescue has strengthened my hands-on approach to training, safety, organization, and service. I'm motivated by authentic hospitality, strong teams, and memorable experiences.
