Jasmine Harrell

I've led front-of-house operations at Brook Valley Country Club, coordinating servers during daily dining and high-volume member events. I earned Employee of the Year in 2025 and was promoted twice for reliability, service quality, and team contribution.

I train and mentor new servers on service standards, communication, and member experience while resolving guest concerns in real time.

My General Studies degree from Texas Tech University centers on Psychology, Business, and Organizational Leadership. I bring research design, data analysis, behavioral observation, documentation, and people-first problem-solving to direct support environments.

I've also supported client communication and documented care procedures at Pitt County K-9 Academy, served as a volunteer firefighter, and volunteered with Teen Court. I'm interested in bringing my leadership and people-support experience to human resources, human services, or hospitality management.
