I am a sales and customer service specialist with over 25 years of experience. I focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, using my negotiation and communication skills to close sales efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.

I have led and coached high-performing teams, including leading the creation and execution of effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. I aim to contribute to the organization’s success through exceptional service and a collaborative environment.

In my recent role, I worked as a supervisor and quality control specialist, providing oversight for calls for the corporative german market of the Salzburg/Austria company. I also managed and supported hotel orientation and sales of financial products for the german and spanish market.

Earlier in my career, I served as Manager of transport and tourism company and later as Hospitality sales consultant, where I handled market analysis, developed customized sales strategies, and created training programs for hotels and restaurants to enhance hospitality sales performance and the overall guest experience.
