I’m a ServiceNow Technical Lead with 12 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SecOps, and App Engine. I focus on turning complex cross-domain operational needs into stable, scalable ServiceNow capabilities.
My core strength is CMDB and service architecture: CI modeling, discovery optimization, service mapping topology, and service impact visualization. I’ve built and tuned discovery and reconciliation logic to improve service health monitoring and operational decision-making.
I also lead GenAI-enabled workflow design and intelligent automation—integrating Now Assist and building GenAI workflow automation to reduce operational overhead.
