At Mains'l Services, I lead company-wide learning and development for regulated human-services operations across California and Minnesota. I turn federal, state, county, and organizational requirements into accessible e-learning, instructor-led training, workflows, competency measures, and compliance communications.
I've administered Relias LMS and project-managed its multi-state implementation, coordinating integrations, permissions, learning plans, compliance assignments, reporting, leader training, and deployment. I also design and facilitate virtual, in-person, blended, and self-paced learning using PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, Captivate, iSpring, and LMS-based content.
Previously, at Social Advocates for Youth, I raised more than $500,000 and launched a collaborative program serving more than 200 meals each month to young people experiencing homelessness. I also served as Product Manager for CenterOn Me, an $800,000 platform launched in 2022 and used by approximately 500 people.
