I am a bilingual, client-focused professional with extensive experience in relationship management, customer success, and operational coordination. In my current role as an Ambassador for Customer Service at GDI for BentallGreenOak, I serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests at a AAA office tower. My responsibilities include coordinating service requests, resolving issues diplomatically, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions. Additionally, I have been recognized for my performance as an Official Ambassador and Community Council member for Doordash Canada, where I completed over 4,000 deliveries with a consistent 5-star rating, placing me in the top 0.3% of my North American cohort.
