I am a passionate advocate with a Master's in Human Services and a strong background in customer service. My experience as a Scheduling Navigator at Choptank Community Health has honed my skills in managing complex schedules and facilitating communication among staff and patients. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives.
