I’m a Customer Service Professional and a Graduate Student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, committed to creating supportive, respectful experiences for the people I serve. I bring a coaching mindset and a calm, service-oriented approach to every interaction, from everyday guest needs to more emotionally sensitive moments.

In my Educator & Instructional Coach work, I designed and implemented themed weekly lesson plans aligned with developmental goals and Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA) program goals. I organize year-round program activities, manage schedules, support parent communication, and coordinate classroom operations while training others in developmentally appropriate instructional and behavior strategies.

Earlier experience includes serving in fast-paced customer service settings with friendly, efficient support while maintaining clean and organized work areas and meeting health and safety standards. As a Chaplain Intern, I provided emotional and spiritual support and facilitated brief therapeutic and reflective group lessons, strengthened my professional writing and digital communication, and sharpened my organization and task prioritization.
