I’m a bilingual banking and customer service professional with over five years of experience across financial operations, cash handling, sales, and client relationship management. I thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy, compliance, and clear communication matter.

Since 2021, I’ve worked at Banco de Occidente as an Operations Assistant, Teller, Head Teller, and Commercial Advisor. I manage daily banking operations and high-volume cash transactions, assist customers with banking services and financial products, and maintain compliance with operational and security procedures while supporting commercial goals through customer-focused relationship building.
