I’m a Customer Service Specialist and customer-focused operations professional with experience across customer service, online education support, and digital operations. I focus on clear client communication, fast issue resolution, and keeping records accurate and up to date.

In my current role (Operations & Administrative Assistant | 2026 - Present), I design onboarding workflow automation for new students and tutors, create forms, and manage databases. I also support daily administrative and operational activities, create social media automation for customer responses, assist with scheduling and follow-ups, and prepare reports and documentation.

Earlier, as an ASAP Ticket Customer Service Representative (Nov 2025 - Feb 2026), I responded to customer enquiries, resolved complaints professionally, and assisted customers with travel bookings and service issues. I also bring design and digital support strengths—branding materials, digital marketing support, and training students in Graphic Design and Microsoft Office Suite.
