What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can manage support operations, collaborate remotely, and use tools like Zendesk and Slack to solve problems fast, improve workflows, and coordinate projects end-to-end.

I’m a Customer Support and Operations Professional with experience in customer service, project coordination, and IT support. I focus on resolving issues quickly, coordinating work clearly, and keeping customer interactions consistent.

In my current role as a Supervisor & Customer Support, I manage customer interactions and resolve complaints using Zendesk and Slack, while supervising day-to-day operations. Previously, I worked as a Business Manager at D Bless Enterprise, improving workflows and customer service.

I also bring hands-on support experience from my IT Support Trainee role, where I provided troubleshooting support and resolved technical issues. As a Project Management Intern at Excelerate, I coordinated tasks, tracked progress, and handled scheduling and documentation through remote tools.
