I’m looking for a remote role where I can own customer success end-to-end, manage multi-channel communication, optimize workflows, and support executives—turning complex issues into retention and measurable business results.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success and Virtual Assistant professional with 4+ years of progressive experience delivering exceptional client experiences across digital platforms. I’m known for managing high-volume, multi-channel communication with professionalism and strong attention to detail.

As a Founder and Client Experience Manager, I independently built and managed end-to-end service workflows for 100–150+ customers. I handled WhatsApp, Instagram, and email communications, responded promptly, resolved complaints diplomatically, and helped maintain outstanding client retention rates.

I also excel at executive support and administrative coordination, including calendar management, scheduling, workflow coordination, and maintaining meticulous records.
