I’m a Customer Support and Administrative professional with 5+ years of experience supporting customers, executives, and operations across education, technology, transportation, legal services, and retail. I serve as a reliable first point of contact—handling enquiries, resolving issues through multiple communication channels, and improving the customer experience.

In recent roles, I’ve strengthened executive support and operational coordination by managing documentation, scheduling, records management, and CEO travel logistics (flights, accommodation, itineraries, and scheduling). I also improve workflows by implementing structured communication processes, maintaining organised administrative systems, and using CRM and help desk tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, and Intercom.

I bring a service-focused, growth-oriented mindset that shows up in social media management, customer feedback collection, and lead generation support.
