As a Medical Representative, I promoted pharmaceutical products to physicians, clinics, and pharmacies through product detailing, presentations, and relationship-building. I used territory analysis with sales data to develop targeted strategies, and I managed the full sales cycle—objection handling, follow-ups, and accurate reporting—to support business growth and consistent quota achievement.

In my Customer Service / Sales Representative role, I delivered inbound consultations that educate clients on options and successfully enroll qualified individuals. I managed client pipelines, handled objections related to pricing and fit, and drove enrollment/retention outcomes in a consultative environment while collaborating with my team to improve processes and client experience.

Earlier, I contributed to high-volume healthcare operations by digitizing and verifying COVID-19 vaccination records to improve data accuracy and reliability.
