I’m looking for fully remote opportunities where I can own customer operations and claims resolution, strengthen fraud-safe risk checks, and improve logistics workflows—while working in a performance-focused team that values accuracy and strong SLAs.

I’m a customer experience and operations specialist based in Germany, working across support, claims handling, and operational improvements in fast-paced international e-commerce environments. I’m especially focused on resolving high-volume cases accurately while keeping service quality aligned with SLAs.

As a Customer Support Administrator (remote contract via Deel), I handle claims including lost shipments, compensation cases, and escalated service issues. I also run fraud prevention checks and risk assessments in customer operations, coordinating with logistics providers to investigate and resolve delivery issues efficiently.

I’m known for turning operational friction into better workflows—identifying and implementing process improvements for lost parcel handling to reduce handling time and increase efficiency. I’ve also supported onboarding and training for new team members, and stepped in as interim team lead during absences and peak periods to protect continuity of operations.

My foundation goes beyond support: I’ve built experience through office operations and administrative support, and earlier in my career through retail banking at Sparkasse, including client advisory, cross-selling, and assessing lending decisions within credit authority. I bring that structured, compliance-minded approach—plus hands-on coordination experience—into every customer operation.
