I have led frontline teams of up to 50 employees, managed full departmental operations, and owned workforce, volume, and resource planning including forecasting. My responsibilities have included end-to-end KPI and quality management, recruiting and selection, coaching and developing team leads and agents, implementing performance routines (daily/weekly/monthly reviews), as well as handling escalations and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

I am passionate about building high-performing, customer-centric teams and creating structures that make service operations scalable, efficient, and healthy for employees. Topics such as leadership, people development, process optimization and modern customer experience strategies strongly motivate me.
