I am a Customer Service & Operations Leader with 5+ years of leadership experience in international, high-volume environments at DHL Express and Teleperformance. I have led frontline teams of up to 50 employees, managed full departmental operations, and owned workforce, volume, and resource planning including forecasting. My responsibilities have included end-to-end KPI and quality management, recruiting and selection, coaching and developing team leads and agents, implementing performance routines (daily/weekly/monthly reviews), as well as handling escalations and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
I am passionate about building high-performing, customer-centric teams and creating structures that make service operations scalable, efficient, and healthy for employees.
