What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver compassionate, accurate patient support—especially in remote workflows—using digital tools (Zendesk/HubSpot/Slack) to solve problems fast, protect sensitive data, and improve the patient experience.

I’m a Patient Experience Coordinator with hands-on experience in healthcare coordination, digital health systems, and customer-facing support. At Talamus Health, I led the digital records transition across two facilities, supporting pharmacy, front desk registration, and clinical diagnosis while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality with sensitive patient information.

I serve as a clear point of contact across departments—answering questions, resolving difficulties, and coordinating appointment scheduling and front desk workflows to improve operational efficiency. I’m also developing expertise in remote patient support tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, and telehealth platforms, bringing a compassionate, detail-driven approach to every patient interaction.
