I am a compassionate and results-driven healthcare support professional with over a decade of experience in client service, patient engagement, and administrative operations. My strong background in supporting public health initiatives has equipped me with the skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced clinical and telehealth environments. I am passionate about creating positive, patient-centered experiences and have a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.

Throughout my career, I have delivered responsive and empathetic support to clients receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART), managing patient data with accuracy and confidentiality. My role as a Program Support Specialist has allowed me to work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care continuity and improve client experiences. I have successfully led community outreach and education initiatives, raising awareness on critical health issues such as TB and HIV.

In addition to my extensive experience in healthcare support, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Calabar. I am also certified in Digital IT Support and Data Management and Analysis. My commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in my achievements, including increasing ART client retention and being recognized as the “Most Improved Site Lead” for data quality and client satisfaction improvements.
