What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with a background in education and years of hands-on experience supporting customers across multiple accounts. I combine a strong sense of dedication, motivation, and responsibility with a focus on improving outcomes for the organization.
My journey started with production work as a Production/Machine Operator at EZSET TUNG LUNG, then I built process-focused experience as a Data Entry Operator at S-CORP PHILIPPINES. I later moved into customer-facing roles, strengthening my ability to handle issues clearly and professionally.
I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative on TELCO accounts and as a Customer Service Representative on a Sales account, including at IQOR, BUWELO, and ALORICA. In each role, I focused on reliable support and consistent performance while adapting quickly to different account needs.
Most recently, I served in a CSR/QA role for a Health Care account at CARING ONE, bringing customer service and quality standards together. I’m looking for a positive environment where I can learn, implement new skills, and build a long-term career that helps me grow and helps the company succeed.
