In my current role as a Sr. Fraud Investigator at Citizens Bank, I have successfully adhered to regulations, completed full account reviews, and analyzed account data to ensure customer security. Prior to this, I have held various roles within the bank, including Commercial Loan Specialist, Business Banking Specialist, and Retail Banking Specialist, where I have developed strong relationships with customers and provided excellent service.
