Transformational IT leader bridging strategy and technical execution to scale customer value.
What I'm looking for
I am a transformational leader with over 18 years of experience navigating the complexities of Retail, Financial Services, FMCG, and Mining. My career is defined by a single mission: bridging the gap between ambitious business strategy and high-impact technical execution—where I bring people, process, and technology together to unblock constraints and deliver measurable outcomes.
At Woolworths, I lead the My Difference program launch, driving over 1.2M sign-ups to date, and oversee 9+ Minimum Viable Experiences—from personalized dashboards to referral engines—to deliver value early and often. I replaced a fragmented legacy system with a cloud-first (AWS/GCP) architecture across 26 integrated systems, lead and mentor 69 IT resources and 17 managers, and manage a R90M CAPEX (5-year) portfolio and a R36M annual resource budget, supported by rigorous forecasting and variance tracking.
