Led up to 5 concurrent Scrum teams to redevelop a Salesforce-based BSS system, coordinating delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains using SAFe. Facilitated Agile ceremonies, enforced Definition of Ready/Done, and partnered with Product Owners and the RTE to align PI objectives with business priorities.

Managed development of the Virgin Active mobile application for thousands of members and aligned the product roadmap with business goals. Led enhancements across finance and HR platforms and integrated debit order and banking systems to reduce financial errors and support reliable billing.

Modernised the Housing Waiting List application, improving efficiency and transparency in the housing allocation process for thousands of residents. Owned end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budget forecasting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting while delivering features via Scrum.

Served as Scrum Master for RPA and Customer Portal teams within Vodacom’s OSS/BSS Enterprise Technology division. Acted as Product Owner for an enterprise-facing portal, owned and prioritised the product backlog, facilitated sprint ceremonies, and coordinated incident response to minimise downtime and service disruption.

Implemented Agile values, principles, and practices across development teams and project managed high-impact delivery as Acting Head of Development. Created Power BI reporting dashboards to track delivery progress, risks, and KPIs, supporting PCI DSS compliance, WiFi network deployment, and VPN/mobile app initiatives.

Managed ERP and financial systems and led an ERP asset management implementation across South Africa and 13 African countries. Coordinated BI development and worked with virtual teams and departments to deliver project outcomes.

Developed Windows and web applications and managed a team of 5, delivering projects including the Miller Rock The Boat website, an online booking system, and monitoring systems for newspapers. Led software delivery while overseeing monitoring and support needs.
