I am an IT Manager and SAP Project Manager with extensive experience in implementing and managing IT departments and ERP systems across six different countries. My career spans various industries, including mining, automotive, banking, and management consulting, where I have successfully led teams of up to 120 members and managed substantial budgets, such as R120 million and US$32 million. I have a proven track record of being called back for multiple contracts, demonstrating my ability to deliver results and build strong professional relationships.

Throughout my career, I have implemented PMO, Change Management, and Business Process Improvements using Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies. My experience includes managing complex projects, liaising between business and technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. I take pride in my ability to evaluate and select software systems, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor interactions, all while maintaining a focus on stakeholder satisfaction and project goals.
